Wonax Update
The Wonax site is still up, but its hosting service is down. They’ve had a note posted on their front page for a few days now. It says their users’ sites will be back online in 24 hours. It’s been at least 120 hours (maybe a little less, maybe a lot more). Wonax just keeps on saying, Welcome To Wonax.Com. We Moved TO New Server. Members Data Will Be Updated/Transferred From Old Server to New Server within 24 Hours.

Utopia World: Small But Speedy
sign up: http://utopiaworld.bgfweb.com/uploader/
Utopiaworld.bgfweb offers small accounts (5mg) but big (unmetered) bandwidth. They plan to shorten their users’ urls sometime soon. http://utopiaworld.bgfweb.com/forum

BUT PLEASE NOTE: http://www.navlem.uni.cc/ gives you the same interface and 200mb (rather than 5mb).

Host XP: What you get.
Host XP is new in town. It looks like they started up this morning. Obviously, we do not know anything newsworthy about their uptime and speed.
Host XP offers 50mg of diskspace, 1.5gb of bandwidth/month, Cpanel, and Fantastico–with no ads. They’ll give you a subdomain (you.hostxp.info).

spotquick.com
Has anyone succeeded at registering with http://spotquick.com? Spotquick allows input from various countries around the world but only allows American zip codes, and even when everything you’ve typed in seems ok, and is ok, you get the message, “Sorry, something went wrong trying to create the account.”
Spotquick.com can’t even get it’s name right in its title tag: –title– SpotQucik - Quality FREE Hosting! –/title–
It should be SpotQuick, not ..Qucik.
Clickherefree.com Online Voters
A BIASED rating system forms the basis of http://clickherefree.com’s “Voted Best” section. It is formulated from users’ votes and therefore usually ends up spotlighting free hosts that upload ads and/or require forum posting. Most surfers won’t take the time to rate a site they don’t like. They could spend every waking moment rating all the low-end sites out there in waste-your-time land.

Atspace says,
We shall put [small ads on] automatically, and garantee that they will not be annoying to your user in any way.
But I haven’t seen any of THEIR ads on my site http://seine.atspace.com/.
